Staff were nice tbf, room was £130 + £15 for our dog well over priced for location and quality, no discount for eating in restaurant prices compared to hotel in major city centres, I travel a lot for work and know! Only continental breakfast included absolute joke. ...

Arrival- staff were helpful: My room was too hot, so another room was found for me. Any questions I had were dealt with immediately and successfully. Parking is available (1st come - 1st served!!) but reasonable cost. Central position and near most amenities, shops, etc.
