"None of the staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was an absolute joke, coffee was so weak you weren’t positive it was even coffee and no choices for something to eat except a sticky doughnut in cellophane. Our room key needed reset several times and the last night it stopped working and they weren’t able to give us access to our room"

"My whole experience was great from start to finish. The room was clean and stocked, the front desk person was beyond friendly! I walked into the lobby and was very impressed at what I saw. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone."

"Stayed here as it was the cheapest place I could find close to Harper's Ferry, 30 min away. Similar to what you'd expect at a super 8, could use some updating at least concerning the rooms' exterior glass doors. Looks like several people are living the hotel life while I was there, but my room was clean and bedding was nice. Not far from interstate and lots of shopping nearby."

"Everything was perfect from check in to check out. This place was a great choice for my 21st wedding anniversary. The peace & quiet along with the privacy was great. Everything we needed for the stay was accommodated. We would've stayed even longer if it was available. That being said we will be back again soon. Definitely worth the money. Only thing I would strongly suggest to other guests is to bring a 4x4 or all wheel drive. I watched others struggle to get up the hill."

"Overall a pleasant stay. The hot tub was nice. Missing basic maintenance. Several lightbulbs were missing or burned out, The seat was not attached on one of the kitchen chairs. And the towels all had a fuzz/lint on them that got all over you when you were drying off. Has the potential to be a very nice place to stay."
