Fim de semana agradável

Hotel simples, pessoas simpaticas, a praia é bem perto e otima. O hotel fica proximo de riviera de sao lourenco. Bem localizado. Hotel parece antigo, mas atende bem.

O hotel é simples, os funcionários são ótimos. Dessa vez ficamos no quarto 11 e não foi legal: muito barulho de pessoas e máquina formigas, vaso trincado, não podíamos abrir a janela pois não teríamos privacidade.

O hotel é razoável, as camas eram pequenas para um casal, a moça da recepção da manhã e o homem da recepção da noite (após as 21h00) são extremamente solicitos e educados, a recepcionaista da tarde e inicio da noite é muito mal educada, emburrada e fica o tempo todo no celular.

Coloram eu e minha esposa num puxadinho entre a lavanderia e a cozinha, um barulho absurdo de manhã cedo e a vista era para um corredor onde ficavam pessoas passando , entao tivemos que ficar a estadia inteira com a janela fechada.Se esse era o apartamento a ser reservado para o hoteis.com prefiro nao usar mais o app para futuras reservas

Atendimento péssimo, café da manhã muito ruim com péssimas opções! Piscina estava muito suja! O banheiro é com chuveiro elétrico! O ar parece um v8 devido ao barulho! Atendentes com um mal humor terrível!

Pertíssimo de uma praia linda

A praia Jardim São Lourenço é maravilhosa, limpa, linda e excelente para família com crianças, pois ela é bem tranquila. O Hotel não tem luxo, mas o atendimento é ótimo e atendeu minhas necessidades. Gostei das piscinas.

Muito bom

Muito boa a estadia. Os serviços são especiais. O fornecimento de toalhas, cadeiras e guarda sol na praia facilita a vida do visitante e o atendente Assis é super gentil. A praia só não é tranquila aos domingos. E se tem um ponto que o hotel pode melhorar é colocar canais pagos na Tv que só tem canais abertos.

Hotel precisa de manutenção; substituição das roupas de cama e banho que estão “velhas, manchadas e furadas”; melhorar a limpeza em geral e dos travesseiros; melhorar o café da manhã; ar condicionado muito barulhento; chuveiro com boa pressão de água, porém precisa de limpeza; melhorar a decoração e móveis; não tem refeição e nem lanches; de 4 recepcionistas que tive contato, uma especificamente precisa de treinamento para lidar com público/hóspedes; Localização é ótima e o serviço de praia também.

A localização é excelente, estacionamento incluso é ótimo, o atendimento foi sensacional, tem piscina aquecida e o quarto era extremamente confortável, camas, travesseiros, tudo. Mas eu confesso que acho os valores cobrados muito altos para um período fora de temporada e num fim de semana com previsão de chuva. O café da manhã é bem limitado - tudo gostoso, mas sem variedade. A piscina é liberada para uso muito tarde e hoje, domingo, só seria aberta às 14h - após nosso checkout. Foi uma ótima estadia, mas não seria minha primeira escolha se tivesse que voltar à região.

Tentaram me dar um quarto mofado (133). Reclamei no check in e com muita insistência trocaram o quarto. Depois fui saber por uma das funcionárias que todos no hotel sabem que o 133 é mofado e tem mal cheiro! Achei ruim isto. De resto tudo ok, café da manhã muito bom!

Uma opção OK, mas com vários pontos de melhoria

Pontos positivos: - localização - estacionamento fácil de ser utilizado Pontos de melhoria: - barulho do ar condicionado extremamente elevado - sem conexão de internet nos quartos e, no meu caso, foi algo crítico, haja vista que eu tinha algumas reuniões durante um período da minha estadia - estrutura do quarto é bem simples - cordialidade dos funcionários poderia ser muito melhor, além de demonstrar flexibilidade. No meu caso, cheguei às 13:00 no hotel, perguntando se eu poderia deixar o veículo na garagem, fazer uso do banheiro, assim como utilizar o serviço de praia, e isto me foi negado. Ao ir até a praia, mais da metade dos guarda-sóis estavam fechados e sem uso, não justificando a inflexibilidade. Em suma, não pedi para entrar no quarto antes das 15:00, mas coisas simples que poderiam ser resolvidos - reposição do café da manhã muito demorada
