"Very comfortable room, Excellent bed, bath and overall space. Breakfast was terrific, 24-hour coffee and tea. Desk staff was friendly but maintenance staff not so much. Pool was out of order. Coffee was good, but not outstanding. I would choose the same room again, room 822. It was awesome. No problems, but about 4 stars --- which is still good! "

Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The only small issue was that the eggs were a bit watery, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. Parking was easy and felt safe, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience!"

"We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and the manager basically threw the desk crew under the bus and switched a bunch of reservations around without letting guests know ahead of time. Pure, unpleasant chaos. Cheri, who was left with this mess, worked very hard to support me and get my booking back. She was kind, professional and empathetic. I really appreciate her and the Hilton Garden Inn is very lucky to have such a poised employee . Also, shout out to Winston at the desk who was also...

"I booked a suite with 2 king size beds, the room I got was a suite with 2 full beds. There was mold in the corner ceiling. The boxsprings were stained.. We slept on top of the covers. The bathtub/shower was dirty. The hotel hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was okay."

"The staff was very friendly however the property was not the cleanest. The halls smell like dog, the shower does not drain while running you’re standing in a pool of your shower water while washing, the bathroom sink was dirty, and the other hotel guests will stand in front of your window if you’re on the 1st floor and talk loudly for hours. If you’re not desperate I don’t recommend staying here. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading "

"Hotel needs a lot of updates Stuff needs to be trained in customers service. Don't text when customers staining and waiting just to drop the keys Food should be better, no appl juice in the pitcher with "orange juice " stickers. Pillows way too soft No bodywash and handle shower All rest is OK"
