"Great job "

"I would have loved to give 5 stars but due to the fact at about 8:45 PM we heard a terrible, loud noise. As I was going down the hall to go to the front desk, I noticed a door opened in the room where the ice machine was. I said “excuse me” and was greeted by a maintenance worker. I asked him if he was drilling as I heard the sound. We were about 4 doors down and the sound was very loud. He said he had about 10-15 minutes and he would be done. He then continued. My problem with this is that my husband and I had gone away for the weekend to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. After driving and being on the go the whole day my husband had fallen asleep and was woken up when the drilling started. He was not happy! I would have thought that that kind of noise would not have happened in the evening. Not very relaxing. We did like the room, but not so much with the noise. "

"Room was clean and warm. Heater worked great. Bed was comfy. Very nice place to stay"

"Staff rude except for one. The older lady had an attitude and didn't want to compensate us for our 2 days that we were without hot water we only got compensated for one day and didn't even have Wi-Fi. When I went to go check out and complain about this she then got upset told me we were only compensated for one day because that's all we deserved so I proceeded to go upstairs. And then called place to complain went downstairs to check out and she tried to put me as DRN because of a couple crumbs on the ground. But during my whole stay they were supposed to come check my TV cuz my TV was broke amongst other things that were wrong with the room."

"Very clean loved the sheets soft an clean no stains har wood floor . Bathroom was also very clean .my room was suppose to have a kitchenette but i was ok without it.. they come an clean room .. very quiet considering how many people were coming an going . Regular traffic .. but i will say bring a roku stick or something..cable is horrible. Theres no breakfast nothing to do . Wifi works great when your close or in the building There were no sign of no bugs being in there not even an ant . Shout out to the cleaners ...marvelous job!!! I would come back .. i give this place an 4.5 if it had some good cable i woud give it a 5 .. affordable too!! "

"Found the entire place unsatisfactory. I booked because the said breakfast included, NO BREAKFAST ! Middle of shower ran out of hot water , went to use hair dryer- didn’t work ! Total disappointment, will never stay there again . Also , pissed off at Expedia for posting false amenities on hotels !!! "
