They have a fantastic breakfast/restaurant, gym, sauna, locker room, and it’s very close to the lifts in Zurs. I will absolutely stay here again!"

"Room 5 stars, really mordern and comfy. Excellent slepping comformt. But slightly overengineered. Like Toilet was separate and fan wouldn't stop running for ages. Stopped switching on Toilet light at night not to lose sleep. Shower room has steam. While this was superb, it was really hit and miss to turn on. Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

"Vi ankom sent om aftenen efter receptionens åbningstid. Det var ikke noget problem, da vi bare ringede på klokken og fik hjælp med det samme til at komme ind på værelset. Morgenmaden var ganske fin. Super god service og en følelse af at være en meget velkommen gæst og ikke blot et objekt, der skal tjenes penge på. Vi kommer igen!"
