"This was a great location in Riomaggiore. There was a unique way to get to it but someone met us at the train station and helped us get to our room. For seniors it has a lot of steep stairs and alleyway. Not sure I would stay again because of that. The staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. Restaurant close by was good also."

"Bellissima camera ristrutturata in stile contemporaneo con molto gusto. Nel pieno centro di Riomaggiore con accesso dalla via principale. Si possono consumare colazione e pasti nei numerosi locali adiacenti. Tecnicamente non si tratta di un hotel ma di un affittacamere (formula molto comune nelle cinque terre) che occupa gli ultimi piani di una palazzina .Non c’è reception né altre aree comuni. "Chambre vétuste avec salle de bain minuscule integrant les wc, ce qui oblige à se laver au-dessus de celui-ci. Le changement des serviettes au delà du 3 ème jour, n’a pas été effectué, nous laissant dans l’impossibilité de nous doucher les jours suivant. "

"Petite chambre avec une mini douche, pas beaucoup d'espace pour déposer nos valises. Parfait pour quelques nuits. Le personnel est très gentil et c'est assez propre. Vernazza est le meilleur des 5 villages. Très facile d'accès comparé à corniglia :)"

"Camera spaziosa, pulita, calda con bagno grande e comodissimo, apprezzo il doccino alternativo al bidet. Comodo raggiungere il centro con l'autobus che ferma proprio sotto la struttura ma anche a piedi è una piacevole passeggiata. Parcheggio privato in cortile interno chiuso. Ho gradito anche la possibilità di utilizzare microonde, frigo e bollitore. Accoglienza cordiale e di massima disponibilità. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in La Spezia! It was centrally located, easy to walk into town and catch the train to the surrounding area and towns of Le Cinque Terre. Daniela was an amazing host and had lots of great suggestions for sites to see on our trip! She helped us find a restaurant nearby on our first night in, and called us a taxi at checkout. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had a beautiful view, it was perfect for our family. We’ll certainly be back!! Grazie mille Daniela! "

"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "

"Tiene una escalera muy larga y estrecha para acceder a la propiedad, en la reservación ofrecían limpieza diaria y nunca fueron a limpiar, para cambiar las toallas había que pagar 10 euros para cada cambio, en la reserva ofrecían aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos hacía mucho calor y solo tenían un ventilador, en la reserva ofrecían un balcón y no tenía balcón. Lo único bueno era la ubicación con muchos restaurantes muy bueno pero nuestra estadía en esa propiedad no fue como lo esperábamos. "

"Great location! Bedroom is up second floor via ladder type steps. Needs railing. Bathroom is on bottom floor. Needs rough tape on shower floor to avoid slipping. Nice terrace on both floors. Tight steps up to rental. But easier with carry on luggage. Take train to other 4 cities and take ferry back to Rio. Beautiful! Would rent this place again."

"Beautiful room very clean and some view only issue was finding hotel and reception was no very well detailed seaview vernazza every apartment is called this but got there in the end by asking a local the reception is on the square as stated but there is around 8 different buzzers and does not state which to press. Definitely would stay again."

"Room was very clean the host was very prompt to any questions or concerns, location was close to the marina area maybe a 10-15 walk did 2 great boat tour. He even gave us a ride to the train station thank you again. We enjoyed La Spezia. "
