"Noisy from traffic, thin walls, banging rattlely doors and poorly sealed a/c unit.
I asked to change room for the 2 remaining nights of my stay in the morning between checkouts and checkins and was told NO because they were going to fully booked that evening?"
"Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned.
The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers.
The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too.
The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning.
The Breakfast bar was handy early...
"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"
"Staff is super friendly and helpful, well maintained outside with pretty flowers, and nice seating outdoors near the pool. We have had great stays every time!"
"The staff was excellent. Parking great. Only complaint have not received an invoice from stay and we booked an extra night supposedly at the best price but pretty pricey"
