"Great overnight find for our trip from the UP back to Iowa. They had cookies and a little gift bag for us at check-in. There was a restaurant/brewpub right across the parking lot. There was an odor in the elevator the night we checked in, but they had taken care of it the next morning. Breakfast was above average."

"The very friendly and courteous owners were available to help with luggage when we arrived and checked out. We have ambulatory challenges, so the stairs can be tough with our hands full. The property, the lobby area, and our suite were very inviting, clean, they smelled heavenly and were beautifully decorated. All were charming and appropriate. They started a campfire for us and there was a S'mores basket available! Breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning at the time we chose. We are HUGE fans of this location and highly recommend it! The location is perfect for us because it's away from the very busy downtown areas, but those are quickly and easily accessible if you want to spend the day there."

"All rooms are on second floor with no elevator. The Inn is attached to a nice restaurant but no one mentioned that we needed reservations. Other than those issues it was comfortable, convenient and charming."

"The location was great. The staff was very friendly. It was very clean. Our room was a little out dated we had the family room. But our friends next door had a nice room. But the restraunt didnt have much on the menu. We went somewhere else to eat where they accommodated food allergies and gluten free items. Because it was pet friendly we had to watch for dog droppings and was aware of a bile. It would of been terrible if one of us would of stepped in it and brought the smell into the room. Maybe the pets should go to a different part of the property to do thier duties."
