"This feels like a harsh rating, after seeing so many high ratings, but I was pretty disappointed with my stay here. I visited many other Havelis in Jodhpur, to eat at their rooftop restaurants, and all of them were cleaner, had more staff working, and had other people staying there. This place was eerily dead, and the restaurant is closed. This property is pretty cool, and the view from the roof is incredible, but it’s kind of crumbling apart. "The property looks old and decrepit. The spa was not functional. It did not have a resort feeling to it. It was modest. The rooms were clean but the beds and towels were old. The tub did not drain well. It was very basic. They have much upgrading to do. "
