"Good staff. Pramod & Sushil were very cooperative.
No a/c. No TV. No wifi. No view from the room. No place to sit out. Uncomfortable mattress. 1 centrally located loudspeaker had the same 10 songs playing repeatedly every evening. Neighbours were very noisy...chatted & played past midnight till I went out, rang their bell & asked them to stop. "
"The luxury rooms are not luxurious. They dont even keep a napkin. Warm water is intermittent. The reception is non-responsive. Even though majority of the rooms were empty on the day of the checkout. They did not allow a couple of hours. They weather was good. The food at the restaurant was nice."

"Brilliant property, warm staff and equally great service. Their spread over breakfast & dinner was equally excellent and delicious. If you are in Igatpuri and looking for a staycation, this resort is definitely a good option. Must visit"
