"Absolutely brilliant, clean, modern decor, brilliant staff polite and courteous, stayed for 13 nights, can't fault at all, 2 great restaurants on site, walking distance to all amenities, comfortable spacious room with air condition, tea/coffee facilities and fridge in the room, "

"Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. "
