"Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue. Lots of activities on for younger children if you want to make use of the kids club. Having reserved loungers etc on the beach was worthwhile having included in the price. Location is about a 25 minutes to the main strip. Quite at night."

"My husband and I were one of only a few couples along with many families!. We didn't realize it was vacation time for Italians. The hotel manager was extremly nice and even apologized that we were with so many kids, but it was honestly fine. Breakfast was excellent and the whole place is very clean with friendly/helpful staff. Bikes were great, beach great, free parking. Enjoyed our stay and would reco to families with kids."

"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that. The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which is what I paid for. It was some sort of flooding or water problem. Why not just explain that to me when I checked in? Why not just give me options? I believe I overpaid for what I stayed in."

"The hotel is nice and looks new. Very thin walls though. The staff was great. The only thing that’s a little weird for me is that, why should their guests throw out the garbage themselves? Even the non-recyclable waste. ..otherwise it was a pleasant stay. "
