"Property was very convenient to the village. Easy access to get in. Rooms were well furnished along with kitchen. We noticed it didn’t seem very clean, we had to kill over a dozen spiders and spiderwebs. Could use a deep cleaning. "

"The stove is very old and not all burners work and one oven doesn’t work. The smaller oven did work. No dustpan to help sweet the floor and the brooms were very old and needed to be replaced "
