"The room was dirty, felt uncomfortable sitting on anything or walking without shoes on. The door has clearly been broken into and was poorly fixed. Using the keypad lock is not ideal when the door needs to be fixed and it cannot lock properly. Also there's no extra locks or latches to lock the door."

"We did not get a balcony room as requested. The window in the room did not lock and they could not fix it so they moved us to a new room. The new rooms on the third floor AC was working so we slept in a hot room, therefore no sleep."

"I love this place - have stayed almost everywhere up there and keep coming back for the combination of location, comfort, great staff, and price. "

"The room did not have a lot of amenities. Some basic necessities, such as an iron, an ironing board, and a coffee maker were not included in our room. The bed was very unstable and shifted when someone sat down or lay down in the bed. The ground at the foot of the stairs was dangerously uneven and with the puddles of water and snow, it was very dangerous. The lobby area had an unpleasant odor. It could’ve used air freshener and maybe some fresh flowers. For the cost of the room, I would’ve expected more."
