First time staying at World Mark Big Bear and it was such a family friendly place to stay. We went here to celebrate our wedding anniv and enjoyed our stay. They have good amenities that you can do around the area. What surprised us was their full kitchen in the units. We'll be back for sure for a longer stay whenever were in Big Bear.

Clean new room. Dishwasher didn't work because three kitchen plugs didn't work and the phone to call office didn't work. The kitchen cold water doesn't work consistently so it's very hot. But the place is new so it may have been overlooked. Regardless we had a wonderful time and will be back!

LOVED the two large hot tubs! The room was spacious and each had a private patio and grill. Liked the washer-dryer in the room. Liked that we could check DVDs out, no charge. Only complaint was that we had to pay for wifi
