"Staff was amazing. Rooms were scary. We slept on top of the covers. Did not use the bathrooms. At $120 a night, my expectations were higher. I do appreciate the staff. She was very helpful. Parking was also a challenge. Staff helped me get a decent spot."

"Room was stuffy, air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. Terrible lighting in the bathroom, shower curtain was stained black at the bottom. Mattress was hard and bumpy. You could see daylight through the side and bottom on the entry door. Highway traffic sound was loud."

"Front desk didn't inform me there was no elevator for me to get to my room on the second floor until I asked where it was. I had to drag my heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. I was not given the option for a 1st floor room. He quickly (talking fast) told me where to find breakfast in the morning before moving on to the next check in. I do not recommend this hotel. The carpet smells bad, is dirty and has soft spots in front of the door and between the • bed and dresser. Loud band playing nearby until 11 PM. Someone knocked on my door at 9:20 PM and said they had a delivery for me. I'm not opening the door. I didn't ask for a delive me to get to my room on the second floor until I asked where it was.
