"We stayed in a 1st floor room. The people on the 2nd floor were running up and down the hall and stairs late into the evening. Rooms are definitely not soundproof!!! The room was clean but had a musty odor coming from the bathroom. We did not use the pool or the hot tub due to the kids that were legit jumping from one into the other. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. While we didn’t bring along our dog, we appreciated that they catered to...

"I wish there were staff on-site part of the time, just in case there is a problem or someone has questions. On the booking site, it would state that no one is on-site."

"I was looking for a place close to Lake Superior, but not overcrowded with tourists. My room had a nice mid-century "cabin in the woods" feel, not like the big chain hotels. The mini-fridge and microwave helped me save money on food. I would definitely come back again!"
