"The receptionist was so rude, unhelpful and very unfriendly. Absolutely awful service, room was not ready even though it was after check in. No apology, no nothing just rudeness which set the mood. Facilities are poor, nothing there and sauna and spa not available. AGAIN no apology and expected me ..."
