"Loved the pool area, hot tub looked like a needed a deeper cleaning. The amenities are perfect for a family with kids. Breakfast in the morning is included and definitely saves money and time. Room included microwave and a mini fridge! We took advantage of both. Would give a 5 star review but some areas had the opportunity for improvement like elevators were not clean, 95% of the staff was good, others had a slight attitude that I witnessed towards other guests. Next time I visit Moab, I will be staying here. Great for families with kids!"

"No one was in the office, and the door was closed when we arrived. A notice on the front door said, "Please call this number to get the entry code," but the phone number was unreachable. We contacted Expedia and obtained the correct number. However, when we entered the room, we found it messy. We called again, and a staff member said they had forgotten to clean the room. They cleaned it within 20 minutes. After the cleaning, we found a stain on the bed sheet, but they did not take any further action. When we checked out at 10:00 a.m. the next morning, the office door was still closed and no one was present. Overall, the experience was very poor."
