"My check-in was very smooth and quick! I was given all the information about where my room was, Wi-fi password, etc. The room was comfortable (temperature) and very clean! All the staff I saw were very friendly and helpful! There weren't really shops super close, but there were restaurants close by in case I got hungry. Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, and there were dogs on my floor, it was quiet in my room! The temperature was easily set cooler for me to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the full-sized refrigerator was nice for me to keep food and drinks in!"

"Very good service, they even let us check early free of charge. Beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Like most hotels now days, this is an older hotel that has been remodeled and you can tell in a few things. But in general it's very nice, and breakfast was pretty good. "

"Great hotel! If it was just me and my husband I have ZERO complaints. We did travel with our dogs and it is a dog friendly hotel. However there are not any dog parks within walking distance or dog areas within the hotel. Nor are there any dog pick up stations with poop bags and disposal anywhere near the hotel. Even if you have your own bags to pick up after your pet, public trash cans seemed very few and far between."

"All good- would stay again. Separate area from other hotels , which was nice(less traffic). Full kitchen in our suite above the office. Also an outdoor deck with a view of Beaver Lake. Sean, the person on duty, was very friendly & helpful."
