"Wij kwamen aan en ze hadden een 2-persoonskamer voor ons, terwijl ik een kamer had geboekt met een 2-persoonsbed en een slaapbank. We hadden er ontbijt bij besteld, maar dit deden ze niet meer. Het restaurant is gesloten. Ze zeiden ook dat ze geen zaken meer deden met Hotels.com. Ze vertelde ons ..."

"The cost of €16,00 each time we wanted to use the pool is a joke. We were not aware of this and the staff did not care. Wifi was horrible and the front desk had to give us a router to connect."
