"Beautiful new hotel at quiet are - walking distance from centre. Very clean and bright design. Room with boxspring Kingsize bed tv wifi ac bathroom nice design and hot water. They prepare garden en roofterras. Friendly welcome by staffmembers and owner. "Good: Staff was friendly. Property is within walking distance to te main attraction and market/restaurants. BAD: Front of the property is a dumping ground for trash. Walkways to and from the property is not a pleasant one. Hot water for shower was an issue. No matter how hard you try as per the instructions you will get luke warm water for a few second then it turns to cold. Staff kept giving you lame excuses for that. Room was dusty, thick blanket had dust too and never cleaned. I kept sneezing/coughing."

"There are lot to improve with limited additional expenses. Towels are too old, pillow cover is not big enough, there are lots of flies in the dining area. In bathroom please add cloth rack, shampoo etc."
