The hotel is stylish and clean. It is very close to metro station and several minutes away from bus stops. Easy to travel from the airport and to all destinations. Like the view of the park too.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location to explore Bilbao. Must have been recently renovated as everything is spotless. Only downside is the rooms were a little small, but everything else was 10/10.

Relaxing suite overlooking a park. I spent seven days in Bilbao and the hotel was very well located for everything I wanted to do. Especially nice to have a kitchen so I didn't have to eat every meal in a restaurant. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Amazing place! So clean and quiet with helpful and kind employees! Wonderful place to stay and really is way worth the price! The perfect location in the city! In the rooms, there is not too much storage for clothes, just the one closet. But that is the only thing they could improve on

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Abando amazing bars, and pintos restaurants within moments of the hotel. Walking distance to Guggenheim and Casco Veijo. The hotel was good, checkin took time - limited provisions in the room, one set of towels. Quite noisy if someone is in next apartment. But overall worthwhile.

Downtown Bilbao, just facing a nice park. Very well located, close to all the stores, bars, metro, river. All walking distance! The building is new. Nice decoration. The suits are quite spacious. Loved it!

Great location in central Bilbao. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Guggenheim and the San Mames stadium. We got the 3247 bus from the airport and Grand Via 46 stop was a 10 minute walk on the flat to the accommodation. €4.50 per person. Worth noting that there are not a lot of Ubers in the city and taxis appear to be cheaper. We were €33 for the taxi back to the airport from the accommodation.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Staff at reception very friendly and attentive 5*. I did not like the fact they don’t supply any complimentary bottle of water in the room, I understand that it is not a Hotel but they do have staff to do it. Cleaning service is not included.

Nice property-construction was a problem

It’s a very nice property. Modern, clean, and well located within 10-12 min walking time to Guggenheim and the old town. Our room had a small balcony that overlooks the very nice public park out front. My only big complaint is that they didn’t tell us that there would be jackhammering construction on the property while we were there. Didn’t seem to care when we brought it up. Also-check-in seemed unnecessarily slow.

Staff was very nice. But this hotel has some fancy "in the floor" cooling system which simply doesn't work. I was constant 25 degrees in the room and the nly help was opened windows. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and everythig was foggy in five seconds. Parking is available but for another 25 euros per night. Though oarion is fntastic I would pick something else next time.

Good location between the old town and the guggenheim museum. Also close to the train station. The apartments are spacious, comfortable beds however they use a cooling/heating system that didn’t seem to work in our room. The thermostat is locked and controlled by the front desk staff. Ours remained at 24 and we were not able to sleep. The outside temp was cooler but you cannot open the windows. On 3 different days and 3 employees later, nobody took responsibility for the issue. The claimed the unit was working, yet the temp remained high (which they can clearly see on their screens). After 3 days nothing was resolved so we decided to cut our visit short.

Beautiful apartment but…

Lovely near new apartment and the staff were very friendly. But no aircon nor ventilation in bathroom so there was a lot of condensation on the floor . The worst was under the bed with puddles of water.

Bra läge, lätt att ta sig runt. Fint rum och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hade behövts fler krokar för upphängning av handdukar osv. Hade varit bra med städning av rummet varannan/ var tredje dag då det inte fanns några städartiklar som man kunnat göra det själv
