"Room was very nice. The staff was excellent as far as the room in the hall hotel was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely not up to any standard. I tried the restaurant at night so nobody there took more than an hour to get our food. They have a rooftop. I went two times upstairs there was nobody to help to ask for any for a drink or something to eat for the price of the hotel was excellent just don’t count and breakfast and eat somewhere else."

The hotel offers comfortable accommodations, a convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, and the overall experience was good. There is some room for improvement in certain areas, but overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider returning in the future. Rating: 4/5 – Very Good!"

"We had a really lovely stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel. It was easy to get to, check-in was very straightforward, and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance hotel. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well presented, and the bathroom was especially nice with an amazing shower and bath. The only very minor thing that would have been handy was having plug sockets on both sides of the bed, but this really didn’t affect our stay. The pool area was more than adequate and a lovely place to relax, gym was good as well! We also had food at the bar, which was very good. There was a slight issue with one of our meals, but I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the waiters and manager dealt with it. They resolved everything straight away, and the way they handled it definitely left a very positive impression. The location is also great, particularly having the Marriott next door and easy access if you want to play golf or use the surrounding facilities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it."
