I loved that there were 2 restaurants in the hotel. The downtown area was a bit disturbing, but not having to leave the hotel made up for it. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Front of house staff was amazing and kind. I also really liked that they offered valet parking. Room was clean and cozy. Only thing missing was a small fridge. This is a great location if you want to be in the down town area and also near Billings clinic. However I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for small children this is more set up for your business class people. There is a growing homeless population outside of this hotel and drug use was seen in area. There were restaurants located in the hotel and close by as well as nice cafes. I would stay here again.

By far the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed. Only a couple of negatives for us, no coffee pot in the room and the TV needs a serious upgrade. Our TV didn't have a signal part of our stay, and we couldn't use our streaming because it wasn't a smart TV.
