"The Lego village was great, our kids loved spotting the lego models and also all the playgrounds around the areas. The Wlid west cabin was clean and well enough equipped for us to make breakfast and packed lunches. The only negative was that when we asked at reception about getting around Billund no one mentioned the free shuttle bus, we only found out about it on our last day. "

However the hotel felt more like a hostel with the rooms being very basic and having to make up & strip the bed linen, which we were not expecting, considering the price. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options, especially the pancake making for the kids. It was also great to have fresh bean to cup coffee to set us up for busy days. "Beautiful Danish designed Brutalist designed property with great outdoor areas and a nice breakfast. Lot's of great classic designer furnitures around the building. The hotel was very full during our stay. The gym could be larger and better equipped, ideally with a water station offering cold water. Bathrooms are very simple, but overall the rooms are functional and of a decent size."
