"Before i booked southgate inn i tried to look some of the other hotels in kabankalan and compare the reviews…and southgate standout.What i liked was very accessible. Staff are very pleasant and friendly and helpful! Only the wifi are very poor and slow.And please try to refresh the room before the guest came..i understand sometimes the executive suite are not always the first pick of the travellers who stays a little bit longer..i saw the drinking glass inside the bathroom are already dusty...

"The staff were great. The maintenance and upkeep was poor. Things worked but, for example, the walls would be patched and not repainted. The property is older. For the area it's ok. The location is right around the corner from the market and 7/11."
