Even though it was low season and few people we still got immediate help to get on a snorkeling tour. We also had fun with the ping pong table and good encounters with the manager."

Its a secluded resort so theres no shopping options but if youre opting to come here for a getaway, its worth it! Buggy service is available to take you between Angsana & Banyan Tree as well - theyre all under the same Banyan Group umbrella so its shared facilities! "Resort is one hour drive from ferry terminal. Requested resort staff to help book for hotel pick-up and also for mangrove sunset and fireflies. Everything went well. Enjoyed the mangrove tour at Kawal River. Breakfast was overall good (chose 1 Western and 1 Asian to try, Asian wins). Service from staff was excellent, with a restaurant and a beach bar that plays music and movies at night, which can be quite loud if you are staying in the front row.
