"My son and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ralf. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, with restaurants, shops, and many attractions close by. There are quite a few stairs and hills to navigate, but we considered them a great daily workout! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I highly recommend Hotel Ralf to anyone visiting Algiers."

"Excellent hôtel avec un personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Le chauffeur du transport de l’aéroport était très sympathique et ponctuel. Le vol a fait du retard et j’ai à peine attendu cinq minutes pour que la navette de l’hôtel arrive. La chambre était très propre. Le buffet déjeuner très garnis. Mon chapeau aux deux cheffes Habiba et Meriem. Ainsi que les employés de la réception. Bravo l’équipe. Pour les amoureux de shopping, tout se fait à pied. Magasins, restaurants et centre commercial."

Tout était magnifique : le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible, la nourriture est excellente et l’emplacement est idéal. Un grand merci à Hamida, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Elle a été d’un soutien précieux tout au long de mon séjour et a su rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Nawel a également offert un service irréprochable, toujours avec le sourire et une grande bienveillance. Je n’oublie pas non plus toute l’équipe du restaurant, qui mérite également d’être félicitée. Chaque membre du personnel était attentif, serviable et aux petits soins, veillant à ce que chaque client soit traité comme un roi. Leur sens de l’hospitalité et leur souci du détail font toute la différence. Je tiens à remercier sincèrement toute l’équipe pour la qualité de leur accueil et de leurs services.
