"Everything was clean "

"Room was extremely clean only complaint about my stay is that the bed was really really uncomfortable you could feel the springs in your back. The breakfast ladies where FANTASTIC!"

"Staff was very nice, the floor I stayed on stunk like wet dog as soon as I got off the elevator. While the size of my room was nice, the carpet in there was just horrendous. Very slick tile floor in the bathroom."

"The room is clean, staff is very nice. However, their advertise is a bit misleading. I book a suite, but when I checked in, it was just a larger king size room and they said they do not have a suite in West Boise Holiday Inn. It becomes very inconvienient."

"What a great place to say. The trees and landscaping are beautiful and so welcoming. The Seth was friendly and so accommodating. We have family that needed to change clothes in our room and there was plenty of space and room for everyone to sit down. We come to Boise to see Family and this will be where we stay from now on. "

"cable TV didn't work properly, 1st night had to disconnect DISH input then reconnect & reboot to get proper reception. 2nd nite all that was available was pay per view netflix & some gay sitcom with canned laughter on FOX. We like to view local news, weather etc. We'll try somewhere else next trip."

"We arrived early before check in. Thr receptionist alerted us when our room was ready. It wasn’t. We called the front desk for towels. There were none. They promptly brought us the towels. The sheets on the bed were worn down to threads and the mattress was lumpy with springs you could feel. Also someone had to come work on the tv to make it work. Mainly it just needs a makeover. It’s rundown. "

"No breakfast, no clarity on hotel amenities or rules, etc. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and room was quite dirty. Toilet made awful noise when flushed and back part of toilet was lifted when we arrived. Some sort of disgusting looking red splatter on ceiling, and heater system seemed somewhat faulty. Worst stay at a Boise hotel I’ve ever had."

"My suite had a dishwasher, so it had glass/ceramic/stainless dishes/utensils. There were great motion sensor nightlights in the suite. Very good blackout curtains. Great parking. Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Comfortable variety of breakfast seating."
