"Overall it was a nice stay. I travel for work, and spend a lot of nights in hotels in the midwest. This was a clean hotel. It took awhile to find me a room to check into with a reservation. its near a variety of places to eat. and close to shopping if needed."

"Clean room Notification of why the electricity was out would’ve been nice. Also, when I checked out, the staff member did not even offer to deduct my night without electricity (or air conditioning or CPAP for my husband) from the bill. Not very good customer service."
