"We had an accessible room except none of the door buttons worked so it made it incredibly difficult for my partner. A regular door would have been significantly easier. The door was heavy and strongly hinged so it actually made it harder.
There was a roll in shower which was great except no bench which makes that feature pretty useless.
Lastly the towels were all stained which was a bit off putting. We didn’t expect a luxury stay but we were definitely disappointed, n particular with the accessibility features.
The staff was lovely upon checking and the outside of the property was clean and seemed secure.
