"We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before being told it was ready. The refrigerator was still full of food from previous people staying there. Clock on night stand hadn’t been changed since the time change.
No coffee at the breakfast bar. Informed the desk since that was the only staff available. She was too busy looking at her phone to call for help. No orange juice. No one willing to get any either.

"Don’t book this place, here is why: no curtains, no tea cups in rooms, everything is so low budget and they don’t even have hair conditioners. Manager on duty is completely useless! We had an ape size disturbance in the room above us - could not sleep the whole night! Took them forever to resolve the problem- all the people around that room were affected.
