the room was adequate for my one night stay. However only one bedside lamp ,which was for my daughters bed ,so I did not have one which made nightime reading impossible. The shower was not great and came out in a torrent rather than a spray

Malmaison Birmingham
Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person.
