Lovely spacious flat in smart new development. Great kitchen, and decent bathrooms. Quiet and conveniently located for town centre and Edgbaston (which is why we were there). The area itself is a bit run-down and scruffy but Ubers easily available and took us everywhere cheaply enough. Very good value for what we got. Beds and bedding new but basic. But overall, great.
