The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. "Exterior of property littered with trash and cigarette butts. Entry rugs outside and inside dirty. Elevator dirty. AC in lobby not running. Room was clean and AC cool. Bathtub and sink barely drained water."

"The breakfast was quite nice. I liked the variety. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were on the bottom floor, so I expected there to be a lot of unwanted noise from people walking back-and-forth, but it was nice and quiet, I slept well. Beds were comfortable air conditioner worked really good, even though it was hot and very humid on the days that we stayed. I always stay here when I’m in town"
