"This hotel has pros and cons. I still gave it 5 stars because it’s at a great location. So I’ll start with what’s positive. Our room was amazing but is. Not kid friendly. A lot of sharp edges and corners around the pool. There’s lot of places to eat and shops around literally. There’s a Lawsons and a coffee shop downstairs in the same building. You don’t know how important that is because some hotels don’t have gift stores."

"We picked the Superior double room, city view based on its pictures and the view did not disappoint. The view of this room was the main highlight of property. The hotel is located inside a huge office-like building and it occupies a whole floor of that building. The staff was courteous enough to inform us before arrival of what floor and how to get to Fraya hotel. The staff was beyond friendly, including the housekeeper. Even with the language barrier, they did their best and it showed. As mentioned the view of this room was outstanding. The room size was relatively small and the room itself needed some cosmetic changes. For example: the caulking needs to be removed and replaced because there are some parts that aren’t pleasant to the eye. The mattress comfort was great. No problems with noise or light disturbances. They also have one laundry machine that does both wash and dry. The staff helped me use it and they were nice enough to start the dryer for me. They provided detergent as well. There is only one machine and we got lucky no one else was using it. There is no gym for this hotel. The location of this hotel is ideal. A mall right in front and right next to Times Square. If you don’t mind the small room cosmetics than this is your place! I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the staff and location. Great place! Thank you"

"Hotel was modern, clean, nice size room and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was well worth the extra cost even thought there are plenty of food vendors just steps outside of the hotel. It is central and walkable to most tourist hotspots and a travel agency is onsite if needing 1 and multi days tour within and outside of the city limit."

"The location is perfect. Food places and toursit spots within a 10-20 min walk from the hotel. The metro was also close by. My room was cleaned daily and the front desk staff knew enough English and I knew enough Chinese that we were able to communicate seamlessly. I would definitely book a stay in this hotel again. 24hr gym with free use of the laundry included."

"Modern hotel with well furnished rooms. The only downside is that members of the public are able to enter the bar with hired photographers and spend a lot of time walking or posing in close proximity to you while you attempt to enjoy your drinks/food so that they can take photos and videos, which was quite irksome over time and especially when they do not respect your personal space. During our time at the bar, we observed more than 4-5 groups and they were not confined to one side (ie using the entire area for their photos/videos)"
