"The Hotel went the extra mile it was my wife 60th Birthday on the 7 July .The hotel up upgraded my room to house they done it up for my wife special birthday everything was immaculous fist class.The staff were only to happy to help 24/7. "Had a lovely stay here very close to the railway station and York city centre. We also opted out of having our room cleaned daily and got rewarded with drink vouchers which came in very handy for cocktails up in the roof bar/restaurant!"

"Excellent stay...beautiful hotel, immaculately maintained...a level above anything else we stayed out during our vacation.
