"Our one-night stay here will always be a nice memory - Apulian hospitality at its best. We also booked the tasting dinner which was the best we could do. Lovely atmosphere with candlelight, real local countryside food, amazing flavors and wonderful presentation. All is very high quality. Rooms are sophisticatedly furnished, beds are really comfortable. The only suggestions I'd have is to keep the jacuzzi heated for autumn evenings, would be a wonderful experience. "Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming.
