"Very clean and comfortable bed. But this is a motel style place to stay. Since it is operated by Best Western the sheets and towels are decent and more like hotel quality. But the teeny room and layout is all motel. You can hear everyone outside your window since the front door opens directly to the cars. I would stay here again if needed but it is way overpriced at $200/night. It should be more like $100"

"Small indoor pool that smelled overloaded with chlorine. A/C wasn't working and hotel sent us a box fan that was so noisy you couldn't watch tv or sleep. Construction noise was very loud and woke us up every morning by 8 o'clock clock. Room also was right over the trash bins so more noise with that. Bar was out of Chardonnay so was given an inferior white which cost us $12 per glass including tax. A little over the top with that price for not very good wine. Plus, the showerhead sprayed water on the edge of the shower door, which didn't seal well, so we spent time toweling water from the floor. "We've stayed here many times. Sometimes in the main lodge, and a few times in cottages. The whole site is pretty nice and close (8-10 miles) to a lot of cool beach sites. The cottages are a bit rustic and might not be squeaky clean. "This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I arrived, after a very long drive, I was not greeted by the staff but instead was given a hand telling me to wait as the staff finish a FaceTime call. The room was picked up and the bed sheets appeared clean was the highlight of this room. The shower floor was filthy and the door to the room was disgusting, dirty! Light switches felt sticky. Our AC semi worked but, every time it kicked on it sounded like a Mac truck was passing by....
