Basic but does the job

The Premiere Classe, Bizanos, is a cheap overnighter and does the job. Rooms are small and no croissants at breakfast!

The property was secure at night, which was good. However, the room was cramped, and dirty. The facilities in the room did not work (air con) and the room smelt of smoke and was quite noisy.

Room was not what i had booked on hotels.com. booked double bed with kids bunk bed above it but ended up with one double bed as they had allocated me in one room my 7 yead old son in another room on a different floor and refused to acknowledge the booking I had made and paid for.

The hotel is the standard we knew about. The coffee machine in the lobby only took cash as the card reader was not working. The staff member on duty couldn't have cared less as I had no cash. Didn't offer to sell me a coffee, just walked off.

Bonne expérience dans ce type d'hôtel

Séjour d'une nuit. Chambre propre avec le nécessaire. La salle de bain-wc n'est pas accessible à des personnes à mobilité réduite (haute marche) Cependant, si besoin, je pense que l'hôtel peut mettre à disposition une chambre adéquate en fonction de la problématique du client. Chambre insonorisée, je n'ai rien entendu provenant de l'extérieur ni de l'autre côté des murs.

Seul intérêt le prix et la literie, les points négatifs : isolation phonique j'avais l'impression d'avoir la route très passante dans la chambre, télévision en panne, état de vétusté de la chambre. Aucune facture possible dans l'établissement car j'avais réservé par Hôtel.com alors que l'on me fait des factures dans un autre établissement avec la même réservation et paiemement. J'ai été très généreux avec les 3 étoiles j'ai hésité avec les 2 étoiles.
