"As we drove up to Country Inn & Suites, we could see that the property was well maintained. The lobby was clean and inviting. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. We got into our very clean room and discovered that the TV was not working properly. We went back to the lobby and he immediately gave us a different room with no questions asked. We ate at the attached bar and grill, good food. The next morning we ate at the breakfast buffet. There was no lack of choices. The food was excellent, hot and tasty. Everything was as expected except the window where we ate breakfast, it was not clean. Would go back again if in the area."

"The hotel was super clean everywhere. The staff were very friendly as well. The lake view was awesome and the hotel is conveniently connected to a Green Mill. I would definitely stay there again."

"It is right on Cass Lake, so it's a great resort. And the bar/restaurant on the ground floor of the lodge is great-- the staff is very friendly! Rooms in the lodge are as big as the photos show, so no problem with four in a room."

"What a great little boutique loft hotel! The place was clean, felt secure, and was easy to access. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, with an industrial, loft design. The mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, and Kurig was appreciated. The bedding was great; the bed was okay. The room was very clean and decorated with historical photos, which gave a personal touch. A little better lighting by the make-up/sink mirror would be lovely, but this is minor."
