"The room was huge and very clean. I loved the window seat which can be used to sit and watch the sunset or put your luggage on. The bed was very comfy and we slept very well. There was a bit of noise from the guests above but if you put the AC on, it drowns out any noise. The TV is also one of the biggest we’ve had in a motel. I highly recommend here to stay."
"Our first morning there the breakfast was put away at 930am. Second night there we got back to our room we got to our room around 1145pm and the door was open, the lock bolt was propping the door open. We went downstairs to the front desk letting the guy know about our door was open and he said he will check the logs and said there is no log showing anyone opened your door. We asked for security to check the room and he said there is no security, we ask the guy to check the room and he looked scared and very hesitant. Our third night there we checked out amenity of the hotel. The pool was indoor, the ceiling has mold, falling apart and expertly hot with the heater blowing hot air, the gym was extreme small, hot, no air circulation and the reflection of the pool water shinning inside was blinding. The walls are think and we would hear the people and in the hall way."
"Breakfast was basic. The elevator was ridiculously slow going up but normal speed going down. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard."
"Travelling with a small dog so given an older poorer condition room. Heater was not working properly. The bed was reasonably comfortable except for the head of the bed being lower than the foot of the bed. Will ask for a better room next time as we are paying the same price as other guests without pets"
"Just WOW! This place is a real gem. The room was beautiful clean and comfortable. Idaho falls is stunning as well. Very up and coming place.
The only note I have is that the breakfast could be better. The bacon was kinda rubbery and it would be good just to have the big buckets of scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon instead of doing the breakfast sandwich thing."
"The woman who checked us in was so extremely kind and put us on the top floor so we could get a fantastic view of the falls. The room was huge and the layout was wonderful. Clean and comfy."
