Room very dated, the base of the bed was a wooden board on top of a divan base, no dressing table chair or stool, the mirror was on an opposite wall, overall not impressed

Check in/out process was smooth. Room was comfortable and cozy, nights were calm and quite. Sheets however could have been cleaner as there was a very small stain on the sheet. Due to COVID-19 there was no room service which is understandable. Over all we had excellent for the the price

We will be back

We loved our few days staying at this hotel. Jay and Tash were so accommodating and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was so delicious and was cooked by the lovely Tash and her daughter Mia was happy to serve us. Very central and we would definitely stay here again. Well done guys! Thank you

Great location, pleasant breakfast room/bar area. Sadly the mattresses in Room 10 offered little or no support which gave my travel companion restless nights and a bad back. We mentioned this and were told the mattresses were new....bit of a fib on inspection! Getting a good night's sleep is so important. No tea, coffee, milk in room on last day or clean towels. So disappointed when we got back to not be able to have a hot drink! It was too late to ask. Sausages at breakfast were poor quality. The couple running the place were nice but I can't recommend this place due to the various issues.

Thanks for the lovely stay

Arrived for a family break of 4 nights at the springfield hotel, although we didnt spend much time at the hotel due to being super busy at blackpools many attractions we found natasha and jay to be lovely and friendly and very welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was spot on. Even opening slightly early to let us check out as we still hadent manageg to visit the tower and we had to travel home to.

A nice little B&B with modern touches.

A nice little B&B in a good central location, just a short walk to the town center. The owners have tried to make the rooms nice and have a modern touch which is good. There is a paid car park opposite which is handy and we left our car there all holiday Thanks

Great location, comfortable, clean, great service, very friendly. Has everything you need. I loved my stay, as did my children. Beds were very comfortable, was also very quiet. Can not fault anything at all.. 10/10. Very well deserved.

Fantastic hotel

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the room was lovely and really nice and clean, had plenty of room, Tasha, Jay and Mia were so nice, me and kids built up a good relationship with them, my son was actually crying leaving them, I will definitely be back to this hotel, breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble for them, I would highly recommend this hotel I could not fault anything, keep up the good work and we will see yous again soon

So close to everything. We were made to feel very welcome and our room was clean , cosy and quiet. Blackpool was a fun weekend, lots to see and do. Deffinately would stay again as very reasonably priced! Thank You Springfield!
