Clean but basic

We received a cheerful welcome and were helped with our luggage to our rooms. The rooms are clean but very basic without any soap etc. The hotel is close to the Winter Gardens and shops.

The Blackpool ??? NO ..... the arncliffe!!!!!

Arrived at The Blackpool to find out Water Problems there so down a back alley to the arncliffe instead.

can't comment on the Blackpool hotel as I got swapped to the Arncliffe hotel the day before I went as there was a problem with the Blackpool. ..

Fantastic hotel and service they took is in late in to the evening after deciding not to stay in the hotel down the street we had already hooked and paid for as it was discusting

was a stones throw away from the winter gardens which was what we wanted. great staff, clean but in need of updating. showers in our rooms were just a trickle and cold. To be fair to the manager, he had only been there for three days so couldn't complain to him too much. Have booked again for next year so hopfully,any problems will have been sorted by then. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of it and it was hot. Well done Terry, and Brian our server was a joy. For what we paid, cant really complain. Just needs a few improvements here and there. ,

I was in Blackpool for the Magician's conference. Hotel was good for location, if there was wifi it would have been great for me. Room was too hot and no knobs on radiators but was soon sorted by staff.

Don't get booked in room 9.

Room was clean but uncomfortable. Small room was supposed to be single but had bunk bed. There was nowhere to sit comfortably. You could only watch TV from top bed. Otherwise hotel was pretty good. Should have free WIFI.

2 minute walk from winter gardens. Great area

Friendly, helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Have booked to return for next year and got a choice of rooms. Can defo recommend this place.

Friendly Hotel, Good Location

Weekend getaway. Hotel location good for attractions north and central with good transport links to pleasure beach in south and towards Fleetwood in the north. Rooms comfortable and kept clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Only downside can be a little noisy outside at night.

When we got to the hotel we was greeted by a man named Keith, he wasn't a very nice man. The women with him was lovely Lady. The room are to small and very cold. The drink was very poor from the bar and very Pricy. I love blackpool, but didnt love the hotel.

Comfortable, convenient and friendly

Was looking for a nice, comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Blackpool during August Bank holiday and was not disappointed at all. Best bit was the hotel staff very friendly and listening. Breakfast was spot on (though the service between 9 am to 10 am was bit tight) but overall I am very happy. Hotel is just walk away from the city center and facilities, not far from the tower and central parking which is another advantage.
