It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff. It has both single and double size rooms and I usually choose a single. "We had a lovely stay at Parador 44. This boutique hotel is conveniently located. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely arranged and the super size shower was wonderful. We also really appreciated the "honor bar" and the yummy continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!"
