"The restroom in my room was clogged, which was very inconvenient. I asked the front desk for help because I urgently needed to leave for my child’s school, but they were not helpful. "Kind of a rundown place. Needs a facelift. Staff very nice tho. Mini frig did not work. Had to toss out perfectly good food. Lge gap underneath the door. Afraid of insects coming in. Not sure if I would stay here again. "

"This place was wonderful! The breakfast was varied, good, and you can take it to this beautiful setting on an outdoor patio. Leisurely and peaceful. The staff was incredibly helpful - with some tech issues I had, giving me tips about getting to LAX, and getting around in general. The front desk people knew what they were talking about and very gracious, kind and knowledgable. I would stay here any time I am in Claremont and recommend it highly. "

"The hot tub wasnt working i never fully checked in for this reason and after disputing this with a representaive from expedia i was told that i could not get my full refund and i never got my cancellation reference number by expedia and when i called them they were only willing to give half of my money back meanwhile they were now fully booked with no rooms available what a scam"

"One of my best hotel stays ever! Room was spotless! Tv had some kind of stereo sound that was amazing. Pool & jacuzzi clean & jets worked. Was surprisingly affordable for a nice hotel on a weekend. Kitchen staff was phenomenal & breakfast was good. My only request is that you please consider giving your staff a raise, bc they are all excellent. Would love to stay here again "
