"I stayed here two nights. The room was very noisy, walls sounded like pipes breaking, water dripping all night. like something was hitting the outside of the room walls. Non stop walking upstairs and loud. Did not sleep well. Room was cleaned however needed work. Old hair tie left in shower, dirty footprints on bathroom floor. Would not stay here again."

"The only thing that was disappointing was that they closed the patio early. We arrived on a Friday evening around 8:00pm and it was beautiful outside so we wanted to have a drink outside and they had closed the patio for the evening, which was puzzling because it was the nicest part of the day."

The phone in the room didn’t work and they do not answer your phone calls at the front desk and when they finally do (after several attempts)they are extremely rude.Definitely not safe for a family to stay here.Don't be fooled by the photos the rooms are not as nice as the photographs. "Definitely just enough for a night with a friend or loved one! My only issues were that the shower curtains didn’t close fully, letting water out. They only provided 2 towels for bathing, no towels by the pool, and the pool was less than savory in the cleanliness category."

We expected a lovely lobby, nice room rooms with everything and working order and clean. We could not have been more surprised at the quality of the hotel and the room. "In my room floors where dirty, covered in small black stuff and there was a puddle under the desk that I assume was floor cleaner, came up tan and didn't have a smell. There was hair on the shower curtain that couldn't have come from me. The fridge didn't work and when I opened the fridge it smelt terrible like fermented. There is also no microwave in the room. The ac unit make a high pitched rattle sound the whole time. The elevator was broken and the stairs are coved in duck tape."
