"It was a lovely room and the staff were great. My only criticism I have is I paid for a room with view of the park-i didn't feel this was fulfilled. I could see one enclosure but otherwise it was of the outdoor seating area, the park entrance and all the work that was been done. I would have also thought that when checking in I would be asked if I wanted to visit the park as there was no option when booking to add a park visit. The food was great, the staff were super friendly."

"This hotel is exceptional for the price point. We checked in with Robin, who was professional and kind-great customer service!! Room was clean, air worked great, shower had great pressure and got nice and hot. We had take away delivered and weren’t sure if they’d give us disposable silverware. The lovely woman at the front (my apologies for forgetting your name) got me two sets and was friendly and chatted with me a bit while we waited for the food. We paid for the breakfast- it was definitely worth it. Ben assisted us in the buffet in the morning and was LOVELY. Attentive and kind, he chatted with us for a bit about our plans and the general area. 10/10 would stay again."

"The room we had at the front of the hotel had a chipped sink and dirty shower. No air conditioning is installed so the room was extremely warm which caused us not to have a great night's sleep! The hotel promises a lot but it failed to deliver for us. The food is overpriced, catering to the execs on expenses, especially the breakfast, limited selection with only one person available for service so tables were dirty and cutlery missing. Our evening meal had a large hair in it and had to be sent back. So as a summary, overpriced and understaffed, the combination did not make a great stay."

"Parking was simple and easy to register. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, there was enough on offer. Think it was a little expensive if you’re only having a quick breakfast, but fine if you’re staying to fill up! Room was comfortable and clean. Only a few issues - the door frame was cracked around the edges and the rubber seals around the windows had perished so they didn’t create a good seal from road noise. It wasn’t terrible but noticeable. Overall a nice stay over and would stop again."

"Everything was good, breakfast was not good, do not opt in for breakfast, they have a very small menu and only pastries and breads (not many options) are buffet , they do not have a coffee machine so you have to order and then they give you a black coffee made of instant coffee doesn’t taste good, you also have to place an order for eggs and they were okish"
