Cherry Tree Inn & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Room was large and comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect from a free breakfast."
Sugar Beach Resort Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful view of Grand Traverse Bay. Pretty room, very comfortable bed, and we loved the pool area. Very friendly staff, breakfast delivered to our door. We have stayed here before, and it is always a really nice place to stay."
Seasons Inn Traverse City

"Nice room for the price."
Pointes North Beachfront Hotel – 2 Person Spa Tub Studios
8/10 Good
"Had a good stay there, the room I paid for on Expedia was on the fourth floor with no elevator to the room. Changed to another room that had access to an elevator. The room fan may need adjusted. The toilet is loud when flushed. A secondary flushing sound also can be heard. When I checked out I discovered there was no reduction in the original room, when changing to another room."
Grand Beach Resort Hotel

"Every thing was perfect. The staff is wonderful"
Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel

"You could hear water in the walls every time someone used the water in the other room."
Gold Coast Inn - At the Bay in Traverse City
8/10 Good
"Curb appeal was great, with convenient on-site parking and great view of Lake Michigan. However, contactless entry was flawed, as both another guest and I discovered. We each kept trying our provided codes, as the wording in the email with the codes was confusing. Finally got the front door open with my code, then tried the room code, which didn’t work. I called the help number from the Hotels.com app, which linked to the *previous* property manager, Kasa. Eventually sorted that out and got the number to the new property manager. Admittedly, my call was answered quickly and I was given a new door code that worked, but it was a 15-minute pain in the neck to sort all this out (felt really bad for the other guest, who didn’t get the size room he had booked for 4 people). The room itself was okay: clean, refillable rather than wasteful single-use toiletries, thick towels. However, despite having cupboards for dishware, none was provided, which seems ridiculous given there was a fridge and microwave. The large kitchen in the common area had some plasticware and paper plates, but c'mon...why no dishware in a kitchenette room?"
Grand Traverse Resort And Spa

"The staff was always nice and quick to say hello. The property is beautiful and inviting. The room was clean and updated. You'll find anything you want in the building as well, whether it be electric bike rentals, clothing, or multiple food/drink options."
North Country American Inn
8/10 Good
"Everything was good, but we noticed they may be a little short on staff. The lady working the counter is also cleaning rooms. But we enjoyed our stay. The coffee was a bit weak, but there’s a Bigsbys right around the corner!"
